'HTC Aero' Release Date, Specs, News: New HTC Device Rumored To Have 40 x 2560 Display, Gorilla Glass 4

Here's a good update about HTC. It was said that the phone manufacturer it in the works to release a phone called the "HTC Aero", which shall be one of the most powerful handsets ever.

We have already been introduced to one HTC phone this year, the "One M9", but we might be getting another introduction pretty soon - no not with a "One M10". The HTC "One M10" probably won't be seen until next year. HTC is rumored to be preparing something a bit different for us this time. Not too much information has been thrown out yet but the "HTC Aero" seems to be it. It is said to have a QHD screen and impressive cameras, so it is practically worth being interested on.

According to TechRadar website, this new high end handset from HTC will probably be released in October and it will also likely to cost a lot. No price range has been mentioned, but it is said that it won't come in cheap.

As to the Aero's release date, it looks like HTC don't take into consideration other tech events as it is said that HTC is holding a September 29 event, the same date Google will be launching their new phones. However, the Aero may or may not be in HTC's September 29 event. But they mentioned something about "double flagship", so something high end may be coming, they're just not naming it. If Aero doesn't get launched by 29, it would probably be launched somewhere in October. Although the name Aero was never used, HTC CEO Cher Wang has mentioned something about a 'hero' device that they will be releasing.

No words has floated just yet about "HTC Aero"'s design, but it's most likely to have a premium and stylish build. Claims about the Aero's screen also arise, saying that it will be an improvement from the HTC "One M9" with just a 1080p screen. Aero may push its limits to a QHD and it will probably have a 1440 x 2560 display under a Gorilla Glass 4.

"HTC Aero"'s camera is something we should definitely wait for, as sources have mentioned claims that it shall be ground breaking. Low light captures will be as good as ever with an f/1.9 aperture and it was also mentioned that photos can be saved in RAW format - meaning, serious photographers wouldn't have to compress their photos.

For "HTC Aero"'s processor details, rumors suggest that it will rock a 1.96GHz deca core MediaTek Helio X20 SoC with 4GB of RAM. This sounds very powerful. But if the rumors aren't accurate, a Snapdragon 810 is also a possibility. For the OS, if the handset gets launched by October, Android Marshmallow is its most possible operating system.
