Kanye West Upset That He Wasn't Asked to Perform For 'Super Bowl 50'

"Super Bowl 50" is fast approaching and fans are eager to know who would be performing on the half time show. The celebrities that are rumoured to make an appearance are Bruno Mars, who was offered to perform for the half time show and Taylor Swift.

Both performers may have been offered to perform, but the organizers seem to miss out on Kanye West. As per Hollywoodlife, the 38-year-old rapper seemed upset that he wasn't asked to perform yet up until this day.

A source tells the news website ""He wants to be the halftime show. Kanye believes he deserves it. He is going to start campaigning for the spot." He may want to make an appearance on "Super Bowl 50" in order for him to amp his appearance for his presidential run, campaigning on the spot for the 2016 Super Bowl might give him a leg start for the elections.

West may want to make an appearance, but NFL wants to make it big next year so he may want to make room for bigger celebrities. Another source then added: "They want to make this year a bigger deal with a host of different acts instead of one, especially since it's the 50th Super Bowl, they've asked Britney, along with Taylor, Bruno and others, "to make it a once in a lifetime performance."

As per The Christian Science Monitor, Bruno Mars was asked to make a comeback for next year's super bowl. Mars wasn't only asked to perform, but he was also asked to curate the program. His performance during "Super Bowl XLVIII" half time show with the Red Hot Chili Peppers last year wowed the crowd. Their performance was second-highest rated half time show of all time.
