The "Dive In" singer, Trey Songz, is all set to jump into a posh residence in Hollywood Hills just next to rapper Jay-Z.
According to TMZ, Songz will be renting a 13,000 square feet home from April 1. Renting contracts have been signed and the singer will be paying $35,000 a month for the sprawling property. The home has a bit of celebrity history to it as it was rented to film Playboy TV's hit realty show, "Swing".
Not much is known about the house, but according to the photos, the Hollywood Hills mansion looks like a giant glass house. The home is a three storey building and features modern architecture. The glass-walled home has 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms each exquisite in its own way. The place has a private elevator to give access to all the three floors. However, well designed flights of stairs also add to the modernism of the home.
The kitchen is an ultra modern place with a huge central island which can be used as a dining area. A snooker room equipped with a swanky bar is also a part of the residence. The room is divided into a lounge area with a small gas fireplace as well. A state-of-the-art gym, a dressing room fitted with walk in glass cabinets, and another snooker room are its other accessories.
Every bedroom has an adjoining balcony that offers picturesque views of the city's skyline. A rooftop pool, a screening theater and ample parking space makes the mansion a true luxury residence.

Songz recently released his new official music video, "Simply Amazing". He also recently made his debut in the acting world in the bloody sequel to the horror-drama flick, "Texas Chainsaw".
"I've always had an appreciation for acting, and I had a desire to act and live out that dream that I think everyone has," Songz told MTV News on the sets of "Texas Chainsaw 3D".
"It was all about the right role and the right time and the right direction - the right director. And this came at the perfect time," he said.
