Eph (Corey Stoll) is going to make tough decisions as "The Strain" season 2 episode 12 airs this week.
According to Christian Post, Eph will be facing a lot of challenges in the new episode as he will be choosing between Zack's (Max Charles) safety and the security of the people of New York.
Based on the promotional video for episode 12, after Eph's failures, he will try to devise a plan in order to get his biological weapon out of the city to save humankind and stop the strigoi once and for all. Eph also has to keep his son Zack safe after Kelly (Natalie Brown), Zack's mother, promised that she will never stop until she turns him into a strigoi.
In the past episodes of the show, Kelly had been trying to get her son from Eph. It was reported that she tried to take Zack away twice but failed the first time after Fet (Kevin Durand) shot her.
Meanwhile, International Business Times reports that Eph and Nora (Mia Maestro) will be questioning their relationship in the new episode. In the official synopsis for episode 12, it was revealed that the couple will come to a crossroad in their relationship.
Nora has reportedly been faithful in their relationship since episode 1, while Eph never admitted to her his sexual encounter with another woman when he was in Washington. Now it seems like both will feel distant to each other and will ultimately decide to end their relationship in the next episode.
Episode 11 ended with Gus (Miguel Gomez) and Silver Angel (Joaquin Cosío) meeting up with Quinlan's (Rupert Penry-Jones) assistant. It is expected that they will be working on a plan to take down the Master in episode 12.
Episode 12 titled "Fallen Light" will air on Fox on September 27.
