Bret Michaels has a meltdown after being the first contestant eliminated from the 'All-Star Celebrity Apprentice' show, after he had won the show in a previous season.
According to RadarOnline, the "Poison" frontman and was the only former winner to return for the show's all-star edition, was distraught after hearing that he was being sent home in the very first episode. Donald Trump, the host of the show, had to decide between voting off La Toya Jackson or Bret Michaels.
"Bret was crying and totally distraught after he was fired," a show insider allegedly told the gossip website. "He couldn't believe it that he was let go so quickly. It was brutal to watch him freaking out the way he did."
The cast mates left standing include Trace Adkins, Stephen Baldwin, Lil Jon, Dee Snider, Gary Busey, Omarosa, Brande Roderick and Dennis Rodman.
Michaels appeared on CBS' "The Talk" on Monday to discuss the tearful exit from the reality contestant.
"I got hired big on the show, and I've been fired big," Michaels said, adding that it had been "horrible" to be let go after such a short stint and that his initial reaction had been one of disbelief.
"I thought they were punking me," he said.
Michaels had his own reality television show on VH1, Rock of Love with Bret Michaels, a Bachelor-style show in which women competed for his affection, which aired in 2007.
