Kel Mitchell and Kenan Thompson Reunited On ‘Tonight Show’ With ‘Good Burger’ Sketch

These Nickelodeon's comic duos appearance on TV is terribly missed. And if you're from the 90s probably, you cheered up seeing them once again reunited after 15 years. Whoa! It took that long for these two to reunite and Jimmy Fallon has done it again to make that possible. Kel Mitchell and Kenan Thompson both appeared on the "The Tonight's Show" doing what they do best on a short sketch based from their 90s movie "Good Burger."

The much-awaited reunion of the 90's classic funnies Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell happened last Wed. According to the article of Time, the sketch was made possible by "All That" writer Dan Schneider and "Tonight Show's" writer Mike DiCenzo. Schneider asked the former "All That" alums if they could do the classic "Good Burger" sketch and both agreed.

In the sketch, Fallon played along with Mitchell as a cashier for the burger joint. Mitchell on the other hand, plays his old role as "Ed" has grown off the ranks. Mitchell was still playing quite the same character as he once was before except that he sounded off a more deep and raunchy voice! Still playful though and both played their role in the sketch comically and "dumb" times two. Indeed!

While Thompson enters the fast food joint as a construction worker named "Lester Oaks" who has brought up some complains with the staff in the joint and orders some "Good Burger" munchies.

This is a surprising ordeal for the viewers, as many thought that the two could not be seen anywhere near each other. After their Nickelodeon show "Kenan & Kel" last aired in 2000 and the reunion of "All That" cast in 2005, the two could not be seen playing alongside each other.

As what was reported before by TMZ in 2012, Mitchell admitted that Thompson might not want to have any associations with him.

Maybe, the issues are all-worked up now and currently, even if they are not together in one show. Thompson is a regular in "Saturday Night Live" while Mitchell just entered the series scene again and is casted for Nickelodeon's "Game Shakers."
