13 of the Most Expensive Homes in the West

Through a study conducted by TripAdvisor®, the word's largest travel site, it was revealed last June that the Western part of the United States is home to seven of the 10 most expensive cities in the Trip Index. With such information, it became interesting to know the most expensive properties for sale found in this part of the country. Catherine Sherman of Zillow has identified the Top 13:
