New York's real estate titans were listed on the Forbes list of billionaires, reported Commercial Observor.The list compiled 1,426 billionaires who have a combined net worth of $5.4 trillion.

Ranking the highest on the list was Richard LeFrak, who came at number 225 and placing 69th in the United States. His estimated net worth estimated at $5.4 billion. LeFrak is a veteran of the New York and New Jersey real estate developments. He currently is on the BankUnited's Board of Directors and trustee of the Prostate Cancer Foundation. He was the former trustee of several institutions including the American Museum of Natural History.
Stephen Ross, the founder of Related Companies L.P. His firm is best known for developing the Time Warner Center. Ross landed in at number 286 with an estimated net worth of $4.4 billion. In 2012, he stepped down from his role as the chairman of Related Companies, but he's still keeping his role as the majority owner of his native hometown's Miami Dolphins.
Next in ranking is Leonard Stern at number 308. The businessman and real estate mogul like the previous developers made the 98 of 100 richest in U.S. with an estimated net worth of $4.2 billion. Stern is remembered as the chairman and CEO of Hartz Group, also based in New York and serving Manhattan, Westchester, Long Island regions as well as Maryland. Stern is also known for owning the Soho Grand Hotel and TriBeca Grand Hotel.
Among the New York billionaires on this list include Sheldon Solow at 363, with an estimated net worth of $3.7 billion. He also recently recognized when he filed a lawsuit against Citibank, Bank of America, JPMorgan and other major investment banks for allegedly manipulating the London Interbank Offered Rate, the interest rate of London's leading banks, reported Commercial Observer.
At number 423, Jerry Speyer and Donald Trump tied with an estimated net worth of $3.2 billion, but Speyer beat out Trump in the top 400 rankings in U.S. coming in at 132 and 128, respectively.
