Princess Charlotte, the adorable daughter of Prince Charles and Kate Middleton, will not be wearing a dress until she turns 1 year old which means we will not be seeing the little princess in a fashionable dress anytime soon.
According to PEOPLE, the Duchess of Cambridge's favorite children designer Rachel Riley revealed that she thinks the royal baby will not be wearing a dress until she is a little bit older. Riley told PEOPLE, "Because they're a traditional family, I'm sure that she'll wear babysuits for the first year, and then only when she's walking will she then move into dresses."
Riley also shared, "I don't think she'll be wearing separates until much later." It has also been said that "one piece" are one of Charlotte's classic outfits and her mom, Kate has been stocking a lot of it compare to "two-piece outfits."
International Business Times reported that during Charlotte's Christening, Prince George had heads turned as he was sporting a £85 Rachel Riley outfit. The young prince looked so dashing in his set of red shorts and embroidered shirt.
According to Daily Mail, Kate's go-to-children designer Rachel shared where she got her inspiration for Prince George's outfit during Princess Charlotte's Christening. The award-winning entrepreneur revealed that her designs where inspired from how the late Princess Diana dressed Prince William and Prince Harry when they were still young.
She shared, "I look at old pictures of William and Harry as boys because the outfits are beautiful and a wonderful inspiration."
"Princess Diana had a great sense of style. She was a nursery teacher so was a natural with children and knew how to dress them. She dressed William and Harry in clothes that are appropriate for children. They were comfortable and classic and, being from a traditional family, I think Diana understood the need for the Princes to be properly dressed. Diana loved fashion and she wore everything so well."
Riley got this to say about the royal family's sense of style, "They are absolutely trendsetters. When you look at them, they're just gorgeous, their clothing is gorgeous. The royals stay relevant and modern."
