With less than a month away from its release, Ubisoft's "Just Dance 2016" has finally revealed its complete lineup of songs. The latest edition to the "Just Dance" series will include 40 new tracks -- a mix of old hits and new chart-toppers. All are catchy and upbeat, promising to make even the most frustrated dancer an instant living room pop star.
Included in the list are some old favorites, such as "You're the One I Want" from the Grease OST, "I Gotta Feeling" by The Black Eyed Peas, "Circus" by Britney Spears, and Disney's "Under the Sea."
Newer tunes include Demi Lovato's latest single, "Cool for the Summer," "Same Old Love" by Selena Gomez, "Fancy" by Iggy Azalea, "Want to Want Me" by Jason Derulo, "All About That Bass" by Meghan Trainor, and many more. Gamespot has the full lineup.
Players can now try "Just Dance 2016" for free using the new "Just Dance" app. By downloading it on any smartphone and connecting it to the same Wi-Fi network as the gaming console, the phone becomes an instant controller!
"Just Dance 2016" will be available this Oct. 20 for Wii, Wii U, Xbox 36, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Playstation 4 users.
Along with the release, Ubisoft has also announced a "Just Dance 2016 Gold Edition," which will include all the "Just Dance 2016" tracks, plus three months access to "Just Dance Unlimited."
"Just Dance Unlimited" is a new subscription-based streaming service only available for Wii U, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 systems. By subscribing, "Just Dance 2016" players can access over 150 tracks from the previous "Just Dance" games. One month subscription is priced at $6.99, $14.99 for three months, and a year's subscription costs $39.99.
This is the seventh installment of the "Just Dance" series, which is now one of Ubisoft's most popular games, along with "Assassin's Creed." According to IGN, "Just Dance" has now sold more than 50 million copies worldwide.
