The NBA legend arrived at the Palm Beach County Courthouse on Thursday alongside his fiance Yvette Prieto, a Cuban model and the spokesperson at the clerk's office confirmed they applied for a license.

According to the license the couple have already settled a date for their big day on April 27. Jordan ended his 17-year marriage to Juanita Vanoy in 2006.
According to Yahoo! Sports, Jordan had to pay $168 million in a settlement, reportedly one of the largest in celebrity divorce settlements, with the final severance deal also including the former couple's 7-acre Chicago estate and full custody of their three kids Jeffrey Michael, Marcus and Jasmine Mickael Jordan.
Jordan's first marriage was a quick shot wedding in 1989 at a Las Vegas chapel. He signed a prenuptial agreement a year after their wedding that stated Vanoy is entitled to half of his fortune.
Jordan asked a Georgia courthouse to dismiss a lawsuit from a women claiming he's the father of her 16-year-old son earlier this week, reported USA Today. He said the paternity suit was "shameless, bad-faith attempt to abuse the legal system."
"Public records show that the paternity of the child was established in a prior case in this same court many years ago and that Michael Jordan is not the father," Jordan's spokeswoman Estee Portnoy said in a statement. "He also filed a counterclaim seeking sanctions for the false claims made against him. It is unfortunate that well-known figures are the target of these kind of claims. Michael Jordan will vigorously defend himself and his reputation," reported The Washington Post.
Jordan reportedly earned more than $350 million during his 16-year-marriage and through endorsement deals with McDonald's, Coca-Cola and Nike, where he pioneered Air Jordan shoes.
