"Young and Restless" spoilers on Monday, Sept. 28 from She Knows Soaps detail that Dylan will be closing in on the whereabouts of Hilary and the mysterious disappearance of Neil. Neil will tell Gwen that he is in New York, but when the latter asks to meet up with her, Neil will refuse to do so.
Dylan will finally get the pilot to speak up about Hilary, but will not be able to get the info as to who hired him to take Hilary to Genoa City. Victor, on the other hand, will call the FBI to have Jack and Billy arrested after what happened to his shipping line. Ian aka Fred will ask to meet with Phyllis and Summer will see him and immediately recognize his true identity.
On Tuesday, Sept. 29, "Young and the Restless" spoilers reveal that Gwen will tell Lily about Neil's lie about being in New York when is, in fact, in Genoa City. Victor will insist that Jack should be arrested even when Noah confronted them over their secret.
