A lot of things are going to happen as "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." returns for Season 3 this week. It was earlier reported that the group will be searching for a group of humans who has extraordinary powers. These "inhumans" will be the main story for the upcoming season.
According to Science Fiction, Clark Gregg, who plays Phil Coulson in the show, revealed that there will be a lot of things going on in the upcoming season and that things aren't going to be easy for Coulson. It was also earlier reported that Coulson and his team will not be the only one looking for the "inhumans," and it seems like he will be finding his match in the upcoming season.
Meanwhile, Cartermatt reports that sometime in Season 3, Lincoln, played by Luke Mitchell, will be in the spotlight. The site revealed that in the October 13 episode titled "A Wanted (Inhu)man," Lincoln will be in danger. In addition, the site reported that Daisy (Chloe Bennet), Mack (Henry Simmons) and Coulson will be in a race against time in order to keep Lincoln safe.
So far, there is limited information about Lincoln's character. Comic Book Resources earlier reported that in the promo video for Season 3, Lincoln can be seen still adjusting to his new role as a nurse. However, his life will be changed again when he receives a visit from Daisy and Mack. It was revealed that the agents need Lincoln's help with a newly uncovered "inhuman." Lincoln can be seen reluctant to go with the agents in the video.
"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." cast includes Brett Dalton, Elizabeth Henstridge, Ming-Na Wen and Adrianne Palicki. ABC earlier announced thatSseason 3 will premiere tomorrow, September 29, at 9 p.m.
