With the arrest of Mike Ross for fraud in the midseason of "Suits,'' fans would have to wait what comes next in the second half of the season. With the help of well respected lawyer, Harvey Specter, college dropout Mike Ross will make his way through each courtroom without having a law degree.
Fans of the show wanted to know more about the second half of Season 5. Showrunner Aaron Korsh is mum about who could have turned Mike in and did not rule out the possibility of Rachel's parents being the whistleblowers.
Ecumenical News said that Korsh revealed that the recent turn of events were not far from materializing. IBTimes also reports that the parents of Rachel could have turned their soon to be son-in-law. With the couple itching closer to exposing Mike as a conman, it would save them from future humiliation.
Aaron Korsh even hints that there are possible changes to happen since Mike's arrest, according to Venture Capital Post. It won't only impact Mike's relationship with his fiancée, Rachel, but also the firm, and most especially Harvey.
"Suits" Season 5's second half is set to premiere in 2016.
Yibada said that the finale of "Suits'' Season 5 mid-season is intriguing, and showrunner and executive producer Korsch also revealed what fans should expect when the show comes back for its second half in 2016. The first half season of "Suits'' Season 5 saw Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) arrested for fraud when he practiced law without law credentials.
Fans have been wondering what could happen to Ross and his mentor Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht), who had just quit from the Pearson Spector Litt company to save it from being taken over by antagonistic associates.
Korsch said if Ross wasn't arrested, Specter's progress would come to surface even more. However, Specter will be too preoccupied fixing things after the arrest of Ross to the extent that he will not have time for a romantic relationship.
