'How To Get Away With Murder' Season 2 Spoilers: Know what the Actress Behind Rebecca's Killer Felt Over The Reveal

As the shocking reveal paved way on the season opener of "How To Get Away With Murder" season 2 entitled "It's Time to Move On." Many might have suspected a different killer responsible for Rebecca's death. But as grueling as the events took place, the suspect's real identity is now uncovered in the person of Annalise' assistant Bonnie Winterbottom.

The revelation of Bonnie as the killer might have tensed up the viewers for HTGAWM. But the actress behind it was actually "happy" and "relieved." According to TV Line, Liza Weil who plays Bonnie Winterbottom was actually "happy" when she knew the story behind the episode specifically of her knowing that she was the villain over Rebecca's death.

"I was relieved, actually, when I found out it was me." Weil said from the article.

She also said that "We had laid so much groundwork last season about this immense loyalty and the bond between Bonnie and Annalise. I was happy to have a hard event that backs that up now. It runs deep."

Weil also shared some "How To Get Away With Murder" spoilers to look out for regarding her character. Weil spilled that most of the scenes she enjoyed doing for the new season was with Matt McGorry.

And many might wonder if these aspect of the two being together might be because they are romantically linked. Weil spoiled again saying that, "I can't tell you that. Allegedly, they were [continuing to hook up], but one can be in a scene with somebody and it doesn't have to be romantic."

Aside from the revelation that Bonnie was the killer of Rebecca, HTGAWM premiere episode also tackled the future of Annalise' current lover Nate behind bars. Luckily, Annalise ex-lover Eve Rothlow (Famke Jannsen) helped Nate to get away being sentenced in the death row. And another cliffhanger was shown in the premiere, when Annalise was left shot and drenched in blood while Wes was seen running from the scene.
