James Franco's Silver Lake abode is now the new home for his "major production" company, reported The Daily Mail.

Franco's estate has been receiving a number of complaints from residents, one neighbor came forth and reportedly saw dozens of people entering and leaving the $750,000 mansion.

Neighbors suspect the 37-year-old Hollywood star no longer lives there.

"At first, my partner and I were pleased to have Mr. Franco living next door," an unidentified neighbor told Curbed Los Angeles in an email. "His work in 'Milk' and his academic pursuits made us happy he was on our street. That is no longer the case.

"If, in fact, Mr. Franco has purchased the house next door, it does not appear to be inhabited by the actor; it does appear to be inhabited by several people who are working for him.

"In addition, over the course of the last weeks the individuals living on the property appear to be running a major production company out of the house and have also used it for shoots."

Neighbors even noticed current residents of the estate were conducting meetings outdoors. As the neighbor wrote the email to Curbed, he identified a hair and make-up staff in the driveway.

"[They] treat us as if we are eavesdropping sycophants when we walk out our gate to our car," the neighbor said.

Franco's latest movie, "Oz the Great and Powerful" is supposed to have cost $200 million to produce is slowly catching fire in the box office.

He previously produced the porn documentary "Kink" but lost loads of advertising from companies.

"It is a risk," Franco told Attitude magazine. "I was supposed to do a commercial with this company and they pulled out because they weren't happy, they didn't like the subject matter of my films at Sundance. If I'm at the threshold of doing a project and the question comes up, 'Will this be harmful to your career?', I never want that to be a deciding factor."

The actor is not without success though. He was nominated for an Oscar for portraying Aron Ralston in "127 Hours," a canyoneer who amputated his arm after becoming trapped between a slot canyon.
