Bobby Brown's Lawyer On Daughter's Death: 'We know who harmed Bobbi Kristina'

Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of the late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, died on July 26 at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia six months after she was found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her Georgia home. There are a lot of speculations that came out after her death and most of them involve her boyfriend, Nick Gordon.

Now that Bobbi Kristina's autopsy result findings are being sealed by the Fulton County Medical Examiner Office, Bobby Brown's lawyer issued a new statement against Nick Gordon.

According to CBS News, Christopher Brown of Brown and Rosen LLC (the legal counsel of Bobby Brown) said in the statement: "We are pleased to see that the Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard has sought to seal the Medical Examiner's Report relating to Bobbi Kristina Brown and the Superior Court has issued an Order to that effect."

"In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon."

Brown further said, "Mr. Gordon made headlines when he filed his Motion to Dismiss the lawsuit pending in Superior Court that seeks to hold him responsible for 40 Million Dollars in damages. However, the Motion was frivolous and instead of having it heard by the Court, he has chosen to withdraw the Motion, ending that matter so that he could avoid having to give his deposition which was scheduled for the day he withdrew the Motion. Mr. Gordon will now have to give his deposition under oath."

"I am not shocked at the withdrawal, as we must keep in mind that Gordon filed a lawsuit to remove Bobby Brown as Bobbi Kristina's guardian, only to withdraw that lawsuit in DeKalb County Probate Court once he was served with a deposition notice," Christopher Brown added. "He could have pressed forward with that lawsuit and told us under oath what he believed happened to Bobbi Kristina, but he chose to go in another direction."

Bobby Brown added in the statement: "I look forward to having the Court hear the evidence in the civil lawsuit and hopefully the criminal action very soon."

E! Online, reported that Gordon's team already filed a response regarding the lawsuit and "wrongful accusations" filed against him by Bobbi Kristina's father.

Gordon denied on physically abusing his girlfriend. And to top it all, he strongly denied any accusation that involves him on Bobbi Kristina's death. He also "intends to expose [the wrongful death allegation] for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most."

According to People, Gordon's legal counsel team called the suit "slanderous and meritless." It also added that, "Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love and it's shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly."

As of the moment, there are no criminal charges yet being filed against Gordon.
