David Hasselhoff Finally Finds Buyer for his Encino Home; Pledging to save Berlin Wall (Photos)

David Hasselhoff of the "Baywatch" fame has finally found a buyer for his five-month long listed home in Encino, California. Hasselhoff first listed the home in November 2012 for around $3.7 million, reports Reuters.

Hasselhoff purchased the property back in 1991 for around $2.9 million. According to the listing records at Redfin, the status of the home says pending. This means the home is under contract for sale.

The single family colonial style residence sits on a manicured 1.5 acre lot. The double story residence spreads across an area of 8947 square feet, comprising of five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. The home features marble, mixed, hardwood and bamboo flooring with paneled walls and high vaulted ceilings.

Living spaces include a big family room, breakfast room, a formal dining room, music/media room, a den/office, a dressing area and separate maid's quarters. The master bedroom has walk in closets and an attached bathroom as well. The kitchen is a modern gourmet space with granite counters and a mid-island. A built-in barbeque, a pantry and attached cabinets make up the kitchen.

The home has five fireplaces, a wet bar and central cooling and heating facilities. Outside the home has a swimming pool, a private tennis court, a detached guest quarter and a five car parking garage.

When the "Knight Rider" star is not busy selling his home, he is rooting for social causes. He's recently pledged to give a concert to save the Berlin Wall which is scheduled to be demolished later in March. In 1989, he grabbed a lot of attention when he gave an iconic concert at the Berlin wall.
