Fox's "Brooklyn Nine Nine" season 3 kicked off its premiere last Sunday and it opened a lot of new developments for the squad, recruit of a new captain for Holt's (Andre Braugher) replacement, and even the continuation of the cliffhanger kiss between Jake (Andy Samberg) and Amy (Melissa Fumero).
Taking a closer peek back over "Brooklyn Nine Nine" season 2 finale according to TV Line, Captain Holt was promoted and been assigned under a new office in which he didn't really intend to accept mainly because his arch nemesis Wuntch (Kyra Sedgwick) who runs the office. Meanwhile, Jake and Amy were given an undercover assignment that ultimately make both of them in an awkwardly closer situation and the two even ended up kissing each other.
"Brooklyn Nine Nine" season 3 premiere sets things in straight and spiraled course when the new captain Dozerman (Bill Hader) commands the team in a different tone, intensely calculative. Hader even gave out "Dozerpads" to check out the squad's performance every second. The entrance of "Saturday Night Live" cast member was short stricken but ultimately screen worthy.
The real score between Jake and Amy's relationships is now known. The two talked about their status and even had a list of what nots but eventually breaking the rules and ended up sleeping together. Amy even questioned if it is in their fate that they'd be together but the two was back again on their relationship after the premiere ended.
According to Cartermatt, love may be expected likewise for the new season as its producers Mike Schur and Dan Goor "have a tradition of making workplace romances work on TV."
Meanwhile, the highlight of the "B99" season 3 premiere was on Holt's new assignment in which he needs to face her enemy and now boss Wuntch and tagged along with him is his fair PR assistant GIna who literally talks him out in situation's that his ego needs some boost. Could the former captain keep up with his arch nemesis embarrassing assignments?
Aside from this, after Hader's role as the new captain died. He was replaced by a very known character in "B99" world which is none other than "Vulture" who in the past loves taking credits on the crimes they were able to solve.
