CBS recently unveiled the new promo for the upcoming episode 2 of "Hawaii Five-0" Season 6, and it shows the crew being involved in intense and dramatic events.
According to Hollywood Hills, the team will be getting weary as more heavy explosions take place in town.
It was earlier reported that in the new season of the show, the team will be dealing with a series of bomb threats and attacks. According to the official synopsis of Season 6 episode 2, the team will start investigations after a bomb squad is attacked. The suspect of the attacks will reportedly threaten to detonate the bomb unless his arsonist friend is released from prison.
Christian Today reports that showrunner Peter Lenkov shared some hints about the new season's villains and also the relationships that will be developing in Season 6. In the Season 5 finale, Kono (Grace Park) married Adam (Ian Anthony Dale), and with the return of Catherine (Michelle Borth), there could also be a possible reunion between her and Steve (Alex O'Loughlin).
In the premiere episode of the show, Kono and Adam's honeymoon was disrupted by Gabriel (Christopher Sean). Lenkov revealed in an interview that Gabriel will have a bigger presence in the new season, and the team will have to deal with him. Lenkov described Gabriel as a "sociopath" and he wants to take the team down. However, Lenkov revealed that it is not a personal thing.
Season 6 episode 2 is titled "Lehu a Lehu," which means "Ashes To Ashes" in Hawaiian. In the official synopsis for episode 2 it was revealed that when Adam returns from the hospital, Kono will realize that they are being watched.
It was also revealed that McGarrett is now ready to take his relationship with Catherine to the next level, while former UFC Champion Randy Couture will return to the show as Jason Sinclair.
"Hawaii Five-0" Season 6 episode 2 is scheduled to premiere on October 2.
