Ever wanted to live like "Rocky"? Here is your chance. The home featured in the 1979 hit sport-drama flick "Rocky II" of the "Rocky" franchise has hit the listing market with a cool asking price of $139,000.
In the movie, the focus was more on the exteriors of "Rocky and Adrienne's" brick building. But the listing records at Zillow give us a detailed peek in to the interiors as well.
The home was built in 1923 and is located in the Richmond area of Philadelphia. The residence last sold in 1980 for around $12,500. The townhouse spans an area of 1036 square feet and sits on a 871 square feet lot. The residence has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
According to Curbed, the building does not offer much of glitz and glamour but is worth keeping as a real estate celebrity memorabilia. Spread across two floors, the home gives out a very "Rocky-like" look.
The lower level features blue carpeted flooring and mediocre white ceilings and walls. The home opens into a formal living room with a small dining area. A white staircase, also with blue carpeting, leads up to the upper floor where the master bedroom is located. The kitchen, another dining room and a basement are some of its other features. Outside, the home has a manicured backyard.

Apparently, the home was chosen by the producers of Rocky because the house was exactly what they were looking for.
