'Clash of Clans' Update: Massive Changes Confirmed for Oct. 24; Game To Include New Hero, Town Hall Level 11 and Clan War Tournaments?

Avid fans and gamers of the popular "Clash of Clans" will be able to experience the game's new features on Oct. 24. It will be on the said date that Supercell will roll out a major update to the game during the ClashCon Event. It was said that the game's update patch will introduce a new hero, Town Hall Level 11 upgrade, clan tournaments and a new single player map, among others, a report from VC Post said on Wednesday.

"Among the biggest features for Clash of Clans that come with the highly anticipated patch coming on the first ever Clash Con Gaming Event on October 24 is the Town Hall 11 upgrade since players cannot make anymore progress upon reaching Level 10. Given the Town Hall 11 will be in effect, it is likely for gamers to upgrade Barbarians to Level 8. Moreover, there will be addition to Dark Barracks as those four spots saying "coming soon" could mean new powers on the way," the report said.

"ClashCon will have Clan War tournaments, 5v5 tournaments, attack strategy learning sessions and workshops, base-building techniques and tips, Ad-Hog Clan Wars, the 'Art of War' teaching clans how to win every match, tons of free swag and gear, and more single player challenges," the report added.

It can be recalled that the game's September update brought some major changes to the game. For instance, the Lightning Spells were made stronger at levels 5-6. Town Hall 10 was enabled to update Lightning spells to Level 7. The update also involved the Poison, Earthquake, and Freeze Spells, according to Yibada.

Gotta Mobile reports that Town Hall 11 will allow players to explore another level. It will also unlock more units and troops to enhance the gameplay. "Each Town Hall upgrade changes how much loot you can get from raids, typically unlocks higher spell factories, more walls, and other things. Town Hall 11 also allows for higher troop, spell, and building updates."
