‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ Season 7 Recap: Episode Two ‘Citadel’

On the second episode of "NCIS: Los Angeles" season two, DEA agent Talia's partner is murdered and she seeks the help of NCIS. Kensi senses Deeks not being upfront with her about something and catches her off guard by introducing Deeks' mom to her.

In the second installment of "NCIS: Los Angeles," DEA agent Talia Del Campo is back and viewers find her interrogating Matt, her partner. There are missing DEA files that she thinks Matt has something to do with but before the matter is resolved, Matt is killed. Talia is now looking for answers and thinks her only hope is NCIS. And according to a review by TV Fanatic, while Kensi and Deeks were on their way to pick up Talia, Sam and Callen visit Citadel Behavioral Research which is a facility used to vet who or who will not make it as a government agent.

In the same review by TV Fanatic, Callen and Sam think that there is a link between the facility and what happened to Talia's partner. The two agree to try out as operative candidates but only one should pass. They decide it would be Callen but later it will be shown that Citadel has the habit of taking on candidates who are not suitable for government service so they can use them.

In a review by Celeb Dirty Laundry, it is revealed that Citadel would bribe agents to do illegal work or if they do not comply their families would be threatened. They cornered Jon Bennet the man who pushed Callen in despite failing the tests and he admitted that a certain Dr. Susan Rathburn was behind all the scheming and murdering so NCIS goes after her. However, the doctor escapes the trap they set for her only to come face to face with Hetty.
