Celebrity Real Estate: Non-Jewish Celebrities Inclined to Buy Real Estate in Israel

Many non-Jewish Hollywood celebrities are on the prowl to acquire some real estate in Israel even with the real estate problems that the Israelites are currently facing.

Here's the list of some of the non-Jewish celebrities who bought, or are still looking for, some property in the holy land.

The Kardashians. Despite the denials of the renowned reality TV stars about entering into talks to buy two apartments in a beachfront building in Tel Aviv for $30 million last January, E! Online reported that the partner of Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick, was really prepared to invest in Israel's real estate by buying a $5-6 million penthouse in Tel Aviv.

Madonna. Celebrity Gossip site TMZ reported that the performer has entered into a negotiation earlier this year to buy a $20 million penthouse under construction in Tel Aviv's trendy Rothschild Boulevard. Rumors were spread that Madonna has bought the property, but the company Berggruen Residential Ltd., has denied the allegations. "Reports in the U.S. and U.K. media that pop singer Madonna has bought an apartment in the tower are not correct. Due to rumors, Berggruen Residential is for once breaking its usual rule about not reporting details on talks with potential buyers, and stating that the negotiations with the singer Madonna several months ago did not end in a deal."

Ashton Kutcher. The actor has allegedly spent a time during his business trip two years ago looking for an office space to buy on Rothschild Boulevard. The better-half of actress Mila Kunis is also an investor in Israeli companies focused on developing new communications technology, according to the reports of Jewish Telegraphic Agency.

Mariah Carey. The infamous pop star with her billionaire Australian boyfriend, James Packer, were not known to invest on a start-up nation, but the Australian Press reported that last August, Packer was in the process of renovating a multi-million dollar home near the residences of Israel's first family.
