Jon Bon Jovi has listed his beautiful Manhattan duplex for sale for a cool $42 million.
The rockstar has listed his duplex apartment in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood, celebrity real estate blogger The Real Estalker reports. The swanky duplex is located at 158 Mercer St, New York, NY 10012, and the 7,452-square-foot home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The apartment also comes fully furnished and by the looks of the released photos, it's very nicely done.
According to the listing provided by The Corcoran Group's Deborah Grubman, "the journey begins when you step off the elevator into the lower-level foyer."
Bon Jovi bought the place for $24 million back in 2007, according to Curbed NY: if he sells for anywhere near the current asking price, he'll make a generous profit. The apartment also comes complete with floor-to-ceiling windows which provide 360-degree views of SoHo and beyond.
