The trailer of "The Originals" Season 3 has been recently unveiled, and it reveals the conflict between the vampires and witches, with Davina (Danielle Campbell) and Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) going head to head. Meanwhile, more plot spoilers are surfacing online, among them saying that the Trinity will have their own agenda instead of protecting its makers. The show's executive producer Julie Plec also recently weighed in on what will happen to Klaus and Hayley's relationship.
Viewers of "The Originals" will remember that in the Season 2 finale of the show, Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) was extremely angry at Klaus (Joseph Morgan) as the former had been cursed and can only be human during full moon nights.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Plec said that the Season 3 premiere of the show won't see Klaus and Hayley patching things up as they are both still in a bad mood following the events in Season 2. Hayley is said to be pissed while Klaus is "begrudgingly redemptive"; therefore, Hayley and Klaus will reportedly not be able to resolve their differences anytime soon.
Meanwhile, it was previously reported that "The Originals" Season 3 will feature a sire line war among Klaus, Rebekah (Claire Holt) and Elijah (Daniel Gillies). Design & Trend reports that the trinity, which is made up of the first vampires created by the aforementioned three characters, will arrive in New Orleans.
However, though the trinity's supposed to protect their makers, they will reportedly have their own hidden agenda. It is said that Lucien (Andrew Less) is set to seek revenge against Klaus because he abandoned him a long time ago.
In other news, a new cast member is coming to the popular TV series. Jason Dohring will join "The Originals" Season 3 as Detective Will Kinney, who will investigate the mysterious murders in the town. TV Fanatic says that his character may come in between Klaus and Cami's (Leah Pipes) relationship.
"The Originals" Season 3 premieres next week, on Oct. 8, at 9 pm on the CW.
