Mary-Kate Olsen's boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy has put his former New York family home on the market for a cool $12.5 million.
The 43-year-old half brother of the former French Prime Minister Nicolas used to share the four storey mansion with his ex-wife Charlotte and their two children.
Financier Olivier Sarkozy, 43, has been dating Mary-Kate Olsen, 26 since last May.
The home is 8,475 -square-feet and a four-story mansion, located on the swanky Upper East Side. It has been totally refurbished into a black and white modern showcase boasting six bedrooms and has nine baths. The second-floor has a master suite and white marble bathroom, as well as another three bedrooms, two baths, and a sunroom on the top level. There's also a dining room with a wood-burning fireplace that leads into the living room, plus two kitchens with designer appliances, according to Celebuzz.
Olivier purchased another lavish home in the Lower East Side last year for $6.25 million - paying the full asking price.
The New York Daily News has previously reported that although it seems Mary-Kate Olsen has not moved into his new place, they report that she does keep some of her clothes there.
