'Bates Motel' Season 4 Update: Norma's Death may be the Trigger that Brings out Norman's Psychopath Tendencies

'Bates Motel' Season 4 will see the psychopath tendencies of Norman as a result of the death of his mother, Norma. Norman will be pushed off the brink and this could lead to him losing control.

According to Vine Report, Ehrin and fellow showrunner Carlton Cuse, have already discussed the possibility that Norma could be a victim of her own son's murderous tendencies due to his mental disorder.

There was a hint that Norma could either be murdered by her own son, or by the gang of criminals that she told Sheriff Romeo about. The news noted that Norma's lack of popularity in the town could also be a factor in her death in the Season 4 of 'Bates Motel.'

In an interview, Ehrin revealed that Chick Hogan, known as the "crazy mountain man,'' will be returning in Season 4, together with other characters from Season 1 of the series.

In Season 3, Chick was beaten up by Caleb after he double-crossed him and Dylan, as recalled by the International Business Times.

Caleb and Dylan were hired to do a gun run for Chick in exchange for money that Dylan needed to finance Emma's lung transplant surgery.

The pair eventually confronted Chick but denied his involvement. Caleb then assaulted Chick and stole his money, an act which could bring Chick back for revenge in Season 4.

Christian Post said that the forthcoming season of 'Bates Motel' will also see the continuing romance of Norman's older brother Dylan and Emma. Their relationship will progress with more sweet and intimate moments, which will be the only normal thing to happen on the show.

On the other hand, Normal will find himself inside the Pine View Sanitarium once more, when he returns next season to deal with a severe insanity, which will eventually lead him to become the very famous psychopath.
