The home of Raptors All-Star Kyle Lowry in Pennsylvania is looking for new residents who think Villanova is the perfect place for them.
The basic details about the property include four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The 7,623 square feet property is currently listed on the market at $1,800,000.
Built in 1980, the Colonial style house features cherry hardwood floors and has been renovated with custom-made fireplaces (the one in the living room is gigantic). The basement of the 7,623-square-foot house features a man cave, complete with a bar, pool table, media room, and gym.
The 2.2-acre property sits in a wooded land. The garden includes a swingset, a park bench, and a small fort. Another item sure to delight buyers is the huge truck bed in one of the rooms.
According to Realtor, the amenities of the house are ideal for children. Aside from being one of the top point guards in the recent NBA season, Lowry and his wife Ayahna, also run a charity that helps underprivileged youths in Toronto and Philadelphia.
Lowry's NBA career has taken a turn for the better in Canada. Blossoming into an All-Star for the Toronto Raptors, he re-signed with the team in 2014 for a four-year contract worth $48 million.
According to ESPN, the six-footer point guard posted a career high with 17.9 points and 7.4 assists per game, helping the Raptors to a club-record last season with 48 victories and to their second Atlantic Division championship.
Raptors General Manager Masai Ujiri said in a statement that re-signing Kyle Lowry was Toronto's top priority.
It was in July 2012 that Raptors acquired Lowry from the Houston Rockets. In Lowry's two seasons with Toronto, he averaged 15.0 points and 6.9 assists in 147 regular-season games. Last January, Lowry became just the third Raptor in history to be voted in by fans, joining Vince Carter and Chris Bosh.
He stated in an interview that, "The support I got was amazing ... regular fans, celebrities, everyone who put their names on the line to try to get me out there, it was pretty cool." He also added that, "The fans are the reason we have this league, the fans are the reason every single night we're able to come out here and do our jobs."
