"Star Wars: Battlefront" is one of the most anticipated video games that is confirmed to be released in November 17, 2015 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Amidst the hype, an alpha tester of the game said that for now, the game is not good. Many gamers are stunned by his claim since Star Wars: Battlefront is almost out in the market and can now be pre-ordered.
According to Tech Times, the alpha tester has also mentioned that Electronic Arts and game developer, Dice, is pushing to finish the game before the movie Star Wars: The Force Awakens hit theaters in December and because it is being rushed gamers might end up facing several bugs and issues.
The said Alpha Tester has posted in a forum, "I've been Alpha testing a few games and I can say Battlefront is a complete mess and is broken. Considering that their deadline for the game is in a few weeks and they still haven't fixed the majority of the in game problems let alone the connection problem me and other testers were having, yes it's going to be a mess. And even a day 1 patch won't fix all of them, I don't know too much outside what I played, but the game is indeed rushed and it's all because of Episode 7 releasing this December.
"And in retrospect I also tested black ops 3 which even though it had many problems, it was nowhere as bad as Battlefront."
It is best to treat these claims with a grain of salt. But if these are true, you can imagine how many patches he developers will have to roll out to fix a game alleged to be "a complete mess and is broken."
On the other hand, it is quite a mystery why our Alpha Tester has specifically mentioned about Black Ops 3, as if implying that Activision is doing a better job than EA.
