Elisabeth Hasselbeck Lists Greenwich Estate for $4.8 Million

Veteran chat show host Elisabeth Hasselbeck and her husband, retired professional quarterback Tim Hasselbeck, has just made their Greenwich, Connecticut estate available on the market for $4,795,000. This was the report given by Mark David yesterday on Variety.

According to Melissa Allison of Zillow , the 1.5 acres property of the television phenomenon who co-hosted "The View" and is now co-hosting "Fox & Friends," opens to terraces that are overlooking the pool. David describes that the three-storey, 15- room classic Colonial was built in 1990s. The colourfully decorated main house measures 7,605 square feet and features seven bedrooms, six of which have en-suite bathrooms. The entire home has a total of seven full and two half bathrooms.

The entrance hall extends to the back of the house where its French doors open to a stone dining terraces and gazebo-shaded lounge. The formal living room has a marbled- face fireplace, while the formal dining room has silver-leaf wall covering, a chandelier, and white taffeta curtains. Both of these rooms are joined by a library/office made uniquely buy the unusual mixes of masculine mahogany cabinetry, a marble-faced fireplace and cheetah print wall-to-wall carpeting. Not far is the almost all white sizeable kitchen loaded with expensive appliances, five-sitter snack counter at a double wide center island and an informal dining area that leads to the backyard.

The master bedroom on the second floor in dulcet shades of grey has a sitting room, roomy bathroom and dual walk-in closets or dressing rooms. Located on the third floor is a children's playroom with an au pair suite. The grounds feature a secondary motor court for the three-car garage, gated circular drive, specimen trees, mature garden , swimming pool with child safety fence and some playhouse-style sheds for gardening implements and pool toys.

Records show that the estate, which was then for foreclosure, was purchased by the couple in June 2012 for $4.2 million.
