The real-estate-competing Ecclestone sisters have always hogged the spotlight and this time Tamara hopes to give her little sister, Petra some real competition. Rumors have it that Tamara is eyeing the legendary former mansion of Walt Disney located in Holmby Hills and the price tag for that home is around $95 million!
If Tamara manages to bag the home, she will beat her sister Petra's "Spelling Mansion" purchase, which the latter bought for around $85 million.
According to TMZ, Tamara was inspecting the mansion along with her realtor, Mauricio Umansky. Apparently, she really loved the large house.
Tamara's ardent interest in a new home has given rise to speculations of a possible wedding around the corner. The brunette lass was recently seen dining in bliss with her fiancé, Jay Rutland, and best friend Scott Harvey Nicholls, in an affluent restaurant in West Hollywood.
The former mansion of Walt Disney is a huge 35000 square feet mansion sitting on a four acre lot. The original home was demolished in 2001 due to asbestos concerns and was remodeled to its current glory. The home is just across the residence where pop legend, Michael Jackson passed away, reports Daily Mail.
The residence has eight bedrooms and 17 bathrooms with many added luxury features. Some of the features include a wine cellar, a modern gym, a screening room, two bars, two safe rooms, a library, a pool house, a tennis court and stretching greens.

This is not the first time the siblings are facing off in a real estate war. Sometime back in January, Tamara listed her London home on the open listing market for around $26 million. Just two days after the listing, Petra also flipped her London residence with an even higher asking price of $52 million.
Both the girls are daughters/heiresses of F1 racing baron and millionaire, Bernie Ecclestone.
