It seems like the team is now one step closer in learning about Booth's (David Boreanaz) disappearance after some of the revelations in "Bones" Season 11 premiere episode. In the premiere episode of Season 11, the viewers have learned about Booth's brother's death, and it was revealed that Brennan (Emily Deschanel) is back in the Jeffersonian.
It was earlier reported that Agent Miller, played by guest star Kim Raver, won't be completely honest in her investigation of Booth's whereabouts. In the official synopsis of "Bones" Season 11 episode 2 posted on Cartermatt, it was revealed that the FBI have already learned about Agent Miller's actions and they also now know that she has been keeping important information from them.
With Brennan coming back, it can be expected that she will ultimately clash with Agent Miller. It was earlier reported that the two women will be going head to head as Brennan finds a way to look for her husband. It was also said that she does not trust Agent Miller who also gets off on the wrong foot with the rest of the team.
Meanwhile, according to Hollywood Hills, the Jeffersonian will be having a surprise visitor: FBI digital forensic scientist Dr. Benjamin Metzger, who will be played by guest star Josh Casaubon. It was revealed that Dr. Benjamin Metzger will be working with Angela (Michaela Conlin) to try to decode more information from the details that the team was able to gather about Booth's actual location. It was also reported that the duo will try to uncover the reason behind his disappearance.
With Booth's disappearance, many speculations are circulating that he could be already dead, which also means the end for David Boreanaz in the show. There are also reports that the current season will be the last for the show. In an interview, Boreanaz said that if he has his way, Season 11 should be the last for the show.
"Bones" Season 11 episode 2 will air on Fox on October 8.
