This week's most popular home at 9273 Guinea Station Road, Woodford, VA is listed on the auction block for $250,000. This beautiful three-bedroom farmhouse on 62 acres of land is going up for auction on Oct. 30. Bidding for this popular property starts at a quarter-million dollar, and the Realtor is curious to see who comes up with the winning bid.
Realtor also added that the list price is suggested as the opening bid only. Property tour will be on Thursday, Oct. 22 at 5pm sharp. This 62-acre farm will appeal to home enthusiasts of all types.
