This week's most clicked home on Realtor is going on the auction block. The cute red farm that is on top of the list is going up for sale as an absolute auction. At the end of the auction on Oct. 30, the winning bidder of this week's most popular home in Virginia will acquire the property outright. It is hoped that the winning bidder has his/her own mower to clean and maintain the 62 acres of land.

Realtor said that actor Jimmy Stewart's Beverly Hills home was demolished sometime in the '90s to make way for a mansion. That luxe home in 90210 is now listed on the market and finished at No. 9 on this week's list of popular homes.

There are also A-frame homes in Iowa, former church buildings on sale for less than $100,000. The fact that Realtor had actually considered moving to Texas -- at least for a cute historic home in Forth Worth that has maintained its vintage charm.

This week's most popular home at 9273 Guinea Station Road, Woodford, VA is listed on the auction block for $250,000. This beautiful three-bedroom farmhouse on 62 acres of land is going up for auction on Oct. 30. Bidding for this popular property starts at a quarter-million dollar, and the Realtor is curious to see who comes up with the winning bid.

Realtor also added that the list price is suggested as the opening bid only. Property tour will be on Thursday, Oct. 22 at 5pm sharp. This 62-acre farm will appeal to home enthusiasts of all types. The house has a four bay garage on the back side of the property. Review the property, buy and place a bid price which you think is going to be a winning bid.

The two-storey property was built in 2014 as a farm house with three bedrooms, one full bath and one half bath.
