Gwen Stefani Disses Ex Gavin Rossdale in New Breakup Song? ‘The Voice’ Coach’s Divorce Gets Messy

Gwen Stefani recently announced her divorce from her husband, Gavin Rossdale and while "The Voice" coach refused to offer explanations behind the split, a new report claims that Stefani is ready to throw it all out through the lyrics of her new songs. Is she ready to release a breakup song about Rossdale?

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale recently announced that they are breaking up for good, following the recent divorce announcement of fellow "The Voice" coach, Blake Shelton from wife Miranda Lambert. While Stefani seemed pretty cool with the divorce, as she recently returned to the NBC reality series, a new report from OK! Magazine claims that the 46-year-old singer will be releasing a breakup song.

Stefani is reportedly working on her new album, which will include several songs inspired by her recent split from Rossdale.

"Gwen's most raw and best work ever. Some of the songs will include the heartfelt emotions she had over suspicions Gavin had betrayed her with their nanny," a source told the outlet.

The alleged affair between Rossdale and their family's nanny was never confirmed by the "Hollaback Girl" singer, but this eventually led to the couple's breakup. Stefani has not offered some explanations behind her divorce, but the "Sweet Escape" singer will reportedly express all her emotions through songwriting.

It definitely looks like fans should brace themselves for one hell of a breakup song, as Inquisitr recently reported that Rossdale is asking for half of Stefani's fortune. According to the report, when Rossdale and Stefani wed, they decided not to sign a prenup, as the latter allegedly believed when the former said that he was not after the singer's money.

"Gavin is now demanding more than half of her fortune. He has complained that while Gwen was launching her successful clothing line, continuing her music career, and expanding her brand by appearing as a judge on 'The Voice,' he stayed home with their sons," an insider shared.
