The famous director and producer Judd Apatow and his actress wife Leslie Mann have reportedly dropped $10.8 million on a cool Malibu mansion. The home previously belonged to late producer, Laura Ziskin.
According to the property records, the deal was closed on March 19. The ocean-front home sits amid homes of affluent celebrities like Bill Murray, Howie Mandel, Tom Hanks and Brian Grazer. The purchase marks the couple's fourth property splurge in the area of Los Angeles, reports Hollywood Reporter.
The listing details state that the property is a 1930 bungalow spread across an area of 2550 square feet. Comprising of four bedrooms and four full and one half bathroom, the place provides lovely ocean views and spacious interiors. As pictured in the photos, the double story home has white tiled flooring with large windows and doors. A formal living room, a dining area, a modern kitchen with a large island counter and a cozy sun room complete the lower level while the upper level comprises of two bedrooms and the master suite.
The home has a two-car parking garage and a one bedroom-one bathroom guest house as well.

In addition to the newly purchased Malibu estate, the couple has a home in Brentwood and a residence in Beverly Hills as well. They are also planning on building a cozy home for their family on the Santa Monica lot that they purchased for $8.6 million in 2012, reports AOL Real estate.
