Celebrity Real Estate: Frank Sinatra's Jersey Shore Mansion Listed for $5.2 Million

Beautifully located on over 200 feet of Atlantic Ocean frontage, the three-storey mansion in Brigantine, NJ, which was once used as a retreat house by Frank Sinatra, is now up for grabs for $5.2 million--and it still has his wig to prove it.

The owner of the 5,900-square-foot mansion, Atlantic City restaurateur Tony Pulella, was hesitant to have the property rented when he was approached by a local casino rep. But when he heard that it was Frank Sinatra in need of luxury accommodations, the deal was sealed, says Realtor.

The Ol' Blue Eyes stayed in this mansion for a week during summer in 1991, where he used it as his home base for his performance at the Sands Casino. During his stay at the property, "he requested Hershey's Kisses and a case of Jack Daniels,'' Dwyer says.

According to Realtor, Sinatra's bedroom, which is now called the exercise room, includes a full bathroom and sauna. When he left the property, a maid found Sinatra's wig (just one of them) in a bathroom drawer. Dwyer says they wanted to get it back to him, but The Voice must have had enough silver manes, as he never came back for it.

Fox News said the owners of the mansion wanted to keep it as a memento, but they are now willing to hand it to an interested buyer, along with their custom-built home and possibly even the furniture, "if the price is right,'' says Dywer. The mansion has great furnishings that include a piano, where the Rat Pack leader used to warm up, says Dwyer.

The house also features 30-foot-high windows, hardwood floors, Italian granite flooring, and bamboo ceilings. Outside, you will find a pool and a spa on the expansive patio. Just 236 feet away is a beach offering panoramic skyline views of Atlantic City.
