Kevin James of the "Kings and Queens" fame has reportedly put his luxurious mansion in Encino, California, on the listing market asking for $5.49 million. The actor had purchased the home in 2003 for around $3.2 million.
According to the listing records at Redfin, the home is a lovely resort style place in a gated estate located on Bertella Drive in Encino. The main residence spans an area of 11,291 square feet sitting on a two acre lot. Built in 2003, the home features modern architecture with hardwood, tiled, marble and mixed flooring and large floor-to-ceiling windows. The residence comprises of five bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

Now that the listing has hit the market, rumors of James selling his other Encino pad for around $1.4 million have also surfaced. In October 2012, James and his wife dropped $18.5 million on another beach-front home in Delray Beach, Florida.
