"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3": New Teaser Trailer Reveal More Faces of Hollywood Celebrities

A new trailer for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3," that Activision has previously released, has teased fans with a bit of entertainment as it shows the game's story line and action cinematics. At 2:30, was it Law & Order SVU actor Christopher Meloni?

According to Design and Trend, the new trailer was indeed confirmed to have the presence of well-known Hollywood actors who have rendered their voice and likeness to characters of the video game. The trailer did not really reveal much but it appears that the said players will consist the futuristic Black Ops squad which is tasked to investigate the disappearance or murders or another squad. Moreover the trailer also seemed to have given us a glimpse of the Direct Neural Interface which supposedly gave characters the ability to enhance the brain's capabilities.

Previously it was reported that with Black Ops 3, players will be able to create customized protagonists. According to VG 24/7, on top of this feature, players will also be able to customize weapons, abilities and gender.

And then this customized protagonists will be joined by established NPC's, according to Design and Trend. One of these NPC's was modeled and voiced over by Christopher Meloni, the actor from "Law & Order SVU" and "Wet Hot American Summer". He won't be the only familiar face in the game. As seen in the trailer, the blonde female soldier ws rendered by "Longmire" actress Katee Sackhoff. And while Sackhoff will be an ally, Maloni or John Taylor is said to be the game's main antagonist.

Sackhoff and Meloni join previously confirmed "Black Ops 3" Hollywood talents Ron Pearlman, Heather Graham, Jeff Goldblum and Neal McDonough. The four will be the voices and the likeness of the four playable characters in the game's "Shadows of Evil" Zombies mode.

The Call of Duty game series has been known to utilize Hollywood talent with the likes of Kevin Spacey, Gary Oldman, Keifer Sutherland and Ed Harris appearing in the previous Call of Duty games. "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" will launch on November 6 for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, PS3 and PS4.
