Condo in Charles Street Meeting House for Sale for $4.9 Million

A residential unit in the 206-year-old Charles Street Meeting House in the heart of Boston's Beacon Hill neighborhood is up for sale.

This 4,000-square-foot condo offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms and has a price tag of a cool $4.9 million, according to Curbed Boston.

The landmark building was the first racially integrated church in America, a center of the abolitionist movement, and a fine example of early American architecture. The building has been renovated into a mixed use complex heavily featuring office use. Although they have renovated the building's interior, the exterior structure is still intact.

Tourists can still come and see the interior while the residents of this rare condo enjoy direct access to the original wooden cupola, with its sweeping views of the Boston skyline.
