YouTube star Caleb Logan Bratayley sadly passed away on Oct. 1 at the age of 13. Many fans were shocked because of what happened because the 13- year-old star apparently appeared to be healthy. Some reports claim that his death was not suicide or caused by drugs.
According to TMZ, a current report shows that the young Bratayley family member died due to an "undetected medical condition." Suicide and drug use were ruled out as the cause of death since the teenager reportedly had no history of using drugs.
Around 7 pm on Oct. 1, the Bratayley family called 911 for a "medical emergency." When the medics arrived, young Caleb was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. As part of the investigation, the coroner will conduct an autopsy of the body of Caleb to determine the real cause of the mysterious death of the YouTube sensation.
On Oct. 2, the news about the mysterious death of the young star came out when Katie, Caleb's mother, posted a picture of the star on Instagram with the caption: "Words cannot describe how much we will miss him. His incredibly funny, loving and wonderful spirit made us all fall in love with him as a YouTuber, friend, brother, and son. We know you tune in to watch each day and eagerly anticipate new videos, but ask that you bear with us while we deal with this tragedy as a family. Please help us honor our baked potato."
The Bratayley family had a live-streaming memorial service for their son on Tuesday at 8 pm so that his fans could mourn along with them.
Bratayley's YouTube Channel has more than 1.6 billion subscribers and his videos have more than 3 million views.
