When not taking "Anger Management" classes, Charlie Sheen is busy expanding his real estate portfolio. The actor has reportedly snagged his third home in Beverly Hills in the gated community of Mulholland Estate for a good $4.8 million from billionaire Tom Gores.
Sheen's first Beverly Hills purchase was in 2006, when he bought a $7.2 million five bed-seven bath home, which he put up for sale in the summer of 2011. However, it failed to sell and the home was taken off the market.
His second purchase came in the month of March 2011, when he forked out $6.9 million on a "mock-med" mansion. Apparently, the seller was famous film producer, Mike Medavoy who sold the home just six months after buying it, reports The Real Estalker.
According to the property records, Sheen closed the deal on the new home in late 2012. The Spanish-style villa spans an area of 6625 square feet, comprising of five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The home has hardwood and stone-tiled floors. A large living room, a formal dining area, a gourmet kitchen, a media room and a backyard spa are some of its features, reports E Online.

The controversial Charlie Sheen has always managed to be in the spotlight. It's either "drug issues" or "psychological meltdowns". And when it's not either of the above, it is about "Lindsay Lohan".
Recently, Sheen was all over the news for his "financial advice" and his generous money donation to the ever-erratic drama queen, Lindsay Lohan. The two share a great rapport ever since. Recently, Lohan did a cameo for Sheen's TV series, "Anger management," as well.
The duo will appear in the upcoming "Scary Movie V". Check out a clip of the pair from the movie below:
