As per the Hollywoodlife, Katniss will be encouraging everyone to turn their backs against President Snow. The main character is fully determined to take President Snow down as she and her peers have been tortured numerous times in the previous films. In her revenge plot, Katniss stated that "He corrupts everyone and everything; He turns the best of us against each other. Stop killing for him." Fully aware that she would be fighting one of the hardest battles, she is more determined in bringing the President down. In line with her battle, she urged everyone to turn their weapons against President Snow instead of killing for him.
