Despite her chart-topping pop hits such as "Bubbly," Colbie Caillat lived with her parents for quite awhile during the beginning of her career and even showed off her parents' Tarzana home in an episode of MTV's "Cribs."
The 3,700-square-foot house family home is where she wrote the songs on her album, "Breakthrough." According to TMZ and property records, Caillat's parents have just hoisted the home, located at 6025 Calvin Ave, Tarzana, CA 91356, on the market for $1.399 million.
Caillat has music in her family; her father won a Grammy in 1977 for co-producing Fleetwood Mac's iconic "Rumors" album, and Caillat reportedly wrote songs for her album "Breakthrough" at the home.
The San Fernando Valley house is listed for $1.4 million with Evelina Kostova at CA Realty Group. Colbie's parents bought it for $1.2 million in 2008.
Caillat has another home in Westlake Village that she purchased for $1.6 million; she may have moved there now that her parents are selling.
Colbie has been working recently with Taylor Swift and Jason Mraz. Her dad, Ken Caillat, is also big in the music biz, producing a couple of Fleetwood Mac albums.
