The famous estate "Farmhouse on the Creek" located in the resort town of Sundance, Utah, has been listed on the market with an asking price of $7.9 million. According to Curbed, the farmhouse is just 45 minutes away from Park City- the place where Sundance Film Festival is held and just an hour away from Salt Lake City.

The residence was featured on the cover of Home and Land Magazine's December 2012 issue. Its official website reads:
