YouTube Mega Star Jordan Maron Picks Up Sunset Plaza Pad

Variety, through its celebrity real estate reporter Mark David, shares that the YouTube star Jordan Maron shelled out $4.5 million for a Sunset Plaza pad, located on a steep and city view hillside above Sunset Strip in Los Angeles.

The new home of the 23-year-old YouTube sensation has a total area of a little more than 4,100 square feet, with three bedrooms and five bathrooms. Online marketing materials for the property describe it as having a low, single- storey profile when seen in front and drops to a dramatic three storey residence at the back. On a clear day, one gets treated to sky-high views that extends all the way to the Pacific Ocean. Likewise, it boasts glass-railed terraces.

The living and dining rooms located on the top-most floor, through a floor-to-ceiling glass sliders, lead to a terrace with an outdoor fireplace. The master suite, on the other hand, has a see -through fireplace and fitted walk-in closet. On the lowest level of the house is a family room with a sunken wet bar and leads to a terrace which has an infinity pool and a party-sized, stainless steel spa.

The property listing was handled by the Nicholas Property Group through Dustin Nicholas, while Joe Babajian at Rodeo Realty represented Maron during the purchase.

More famous online as CaptainSparklez, Maron's videos in the sharing website have become so popular, garnering 1.7 billion views on him playing the " Minecraft " video game or showcasing "Minecraft Mods. " He likewise created a parody video called "Minecraft Style", which was based on the hit song "Gangnam Style" by South Korean entertainer PSY that used animated Minecraft models. Such fame in YouTube landed Maron a contract under Maker Studios' sub-network, Polaris, and earned for him enough money to buy this multimillion worth pad.
