The much talked-about condominium of famous hedge fund manager and founder of SAC Capital Advisers, Steven A Cohen, has officially hit the listing market with an asking price of $115 million.
News of Cohen selling his home for the aforementioned price has been doing the rounds lately. He was apparently looking for a buyer and marketing it privately. However, it has officially been listed now.
The condo is the second most expensive listing of New York, the first being Martin Zweig's penthouse atop the Pierre Hotel listed at $125 million.
Cohen's Condo located at the Bloomberg Tower/ One Beacon Court Building is the only duplex apartment of the residential tower. Cohen and his second wife, Alexandra, purchased the place in 2005 for around $24 million and commissioned starchitect Charles Gwathmey, who renovated the place to its current glory, reports Real Estalker.
The single-family residence is a 9000 square feet urban living space with four bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. In addition the place also has a one bed-one bath staff quarter.
Interiors of the home feature 24 foot ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offer panoramic views of the city. Featuring hardwood flooring and swanky interiors, the place is a luxury residence.
Building amenities include 24/7 concierge services, doorman facilities, private elevators and is also pet friendly.

Cohen also recently purchased a water-front property in east Hampton on Long Island for $60 million. He also set the tabloids on fire with a $155 million splurge on a coveted painting by Picasso, titled "Le Rêve".
