‘Superman’ Comics #45 Spoilers: ‘Man Of Steel’ Has a New Identity-- Clark Kent Out, Archie Clayton in

DC Comics' 'Superman' #45 spoilers reveals that the Kal-El is getting a brandnew secret identity. "Clark Kent Out, Archie Clayton In" must be the new tagline of the famous "Man of Steel" comics.

io9 reports that "Superman" has hidden his identity for over 70 years as Clark Kent. But then since his re-exposure in the DC universe, the superhero from Krypton must take a new alter-ego. So changing the course of history, the "Man of Steel" gets a new secret persona.

If this new information is kind of disconcerting, let this rationale enlightens your mind. This is where the story of "Superman Comics #45" is all about. If remembered, in the #43 issue "Lois Lane decides to tell the world the Superman is Clark Kent. She figured it out in last month's issue, because she saw Clark beat up some ninjas or something... and noticed that he was wearing a Superman uniform under his shirt and tie." So because of that incident plus the fact that he got fired from Daily planet when his co-workers discovered his real identity (they figured that they're facing danger because of Clark), Clark has to vanish from Metropolis. Kal-El also changes his persona into a mild-mannered trucker named Archie Clayton.

Slash Film says that there is certainly a story ready to be told as Kah-El decides to change his persona as Archie Clayton. Fans might not be happy to drop Clark Kent, but there might be some conspiracy plot against "Superman." It can't be denied that being a new guy and as "a trucker could lead to many story opportunities," says Slash Film. It is noted that for over 70 years, there has been several characters that have tried to uncover the secret identity of the "Man of Steel." So it is quite mysterious that there is a sudden change of alter-ego. Clark or Archie could simply use that "super-kiss to make Lois forget about the events surrounding his alter ego reveal." But this time, the DC comics has decided to take a different route.
