Steven Cohen Lists Manhattan Duplex for $115 Million

Hedge fund manager Steven Cohen has listed his Bloomberg Tower duplex in Manhattan for a whopping $115 million, according to reports.

According to the listing description, architect Charles Gwathmey wanted it to be "the most sophisticated, stunning and elegant apartment in New York City." While a prospective buyer will be the ultimate judge, the duplex has a sleek, modern design with 4 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, measuring 9,000 square feet.

Real Estalker notes that Cohen's 9,000-square foot spread at One Beacon Court, the residential portion of the Bloomberg Tower at 151 East 58th Street, has officially hit the market. Mr. Cohen and his brokers-Deborah Grubman and David Dubinat Corcoran-are hoping to knock reigning real champion 15 Central Park West out of the park and set a New York City record.

The apartment's location in the heart of the Big Apple is also an attractive selling point. Two 24-foot-high walls of windows offer exceptional views of downtown.
