Renderings of the new residential addition to the former International Toy Center Building at 10 Madison Square West, New York City, has finally been revealed. The project is being developed by the Witkoff Group who purchased the 16-story office building (a part of the International Toy Center Building) for $191 million in 2011.

The new renderings reveal how the building would look when completed. Windows appear to be larger and addition of the six new floors makes the structure look stylish
Apart from the beautifully designed condos, the structure will have a grand lobby with beautiful winding staircases. It will also have a 9000 square feet residents' club, a 60-feet pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a massage room, a children's' playroom, a yoga studio and a private storage as well. However, plans for a bowling alley and basketball court have been dropped.
Construction is expected to complete in the coming few months. Registration for purchase is being solicited by the building's website. Sale of the 125 condos will start by late spring, reports Manhattan Scout.
